You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. One person, one account.

Please use JobPilot AI to search and apply for real jobs in good faith. Do not:

• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export our data or the third-party job data we display.
• Misrepresent your identity, experience, or credentials.
• Post illegal, harmful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
• Use the AI features to generate spam, phishing content, or misleading applications.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Job postings are aggregated from official third-party sources (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Work.ua, Adzuna, Jooble). Each posting links to the original source, which remains solely responsible for its content and for any hiring decisions. We do not guarantee that a posting is still open, accurate, or free from errors.

AI-generated content (resume suggestions, cover letters, match explanations, interview prep) is a helpful starting point, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you send to an employer.

You keep ownership of everything you upload (profile, resume, notes). You grant JobPilot AI a limited licence to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or remove features. Where changes materially affect you, we will give reasonable notice.

JobPilot AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We cannot guarantee employment outcomes, interview offers, or income.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobPilot AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
